What are the opening hours of Istanbul Cevahir Shopping and Entertainment Center?

Cevahir İstanbul opens its doors at 10 am and serves you until 10 pm.

Can I get a tax refund?

You can visit our information desk on the 3rd floor to get tax refunds for your purchases from the stores where Tax Free is valid.

Can I access a Wi-Fi network?

You can easily connect to our high-speed free Wi-Fi! First of all, select #FREEWIFICEVAHIR network on your device. Enter your mobile phone number then tap to continue. Fill in the personal data page with your Name – Surname – E-Mail information and read “User Agreement” carefully. Accept the terms of agreement then tap to continue. Enter the password that has been sent to your mobile phone via SMS and connect!

Is there a valet parking?

Our BoB Vale service at the Cevahir İstanbul B Entrance and Entertainment Center entrance will serve you during the working hours.

Is there a playground for children?

The Kids Club is located on th 1st floor and including different and fun activities for children! You can check-out our website to see the programme before planning a day full of fun for your child. *The Kids’ Club is temporarily closed due to the pandemic measures taken by the Republic of Turkey Ministery of Interior.
